Cancellation Policy

As this booking slot will no longer be available to other customers after such a time; we ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies do happen. If you must cancel for an emergency, please email to let us know, as we may be able to reschedule your appointment.
